I usually don’t like the “do this and get a free that”-schemes,
but this one actually seems to work.

I played my black megrim discard deck yesterday … and lost.

First match was 2-1.
I lost the first after my openent imprinted a boomerang on his artifact and kept me going with one mana
No annul in this deck …

Second match was 2-0.

Simple beatdown deck … I was mana screwed both games

Maybe I should stop playing magic…

At least I got 9 points now overall.
So I got a pretty land.
I choose a swamp.

Am building a ravnica peasant magic deck … won’t tell you before next monday though.

As expected. I lost.

First match (0-2).

Game 1
Drew 4 islands and 3 counters.
Not to shabby - I though.
But I kept drawing islands for 5 rounds and by then it was over.

Game 2
Drew 2 island, 3 counters and 2 creatures.
Better ?
Nope. Didnt’ draw any land for the next 6 rounds.
Game over.

Second match (1-2)
Won the first round.
Simple control.
Lost the second one due to missing mana … control against a defense grid withoit mana ?
Not a chance.
Round 3.
Three defense grids on the other side of the board.
Pulled up an Echoing Ruin after I died.

Third match (0-2)
Lost against a Psychatog deck.

The new arena round is starting today (in about half an hour).

I build a nice blue control deck.

Either somebody is gonna hate me later … or I’m gonna get totally burned.
